Ingredients

- 6-8 squash blossoms, stems and stamens removed
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch salt, or to taste
- 1 dash fresh pepper, or to taste
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 2-3 fresh figs, stems removed
- 2 tablespoons fresh goat cheese
