- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 6 shiitake or cremini mushrooms, halved or quartered if large
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) sugar snap peas
- 1/2 cup frozen, shelled edamame, defrosted or frozen
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- For garnish:
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
