- 500 grams Braising Beef, diced into 2-3cm chunks
- 100 grams Lardons, cubed
- 2 tablespoons Barley Miso Paste,
- 1 Large Onion, finely diced
- 1 Large Carrot, finely diced
- 150 grams Baby Carrots, halved
- 200 grams Chestnut Mushrooms, halved or quartered depending on size
- 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 250 milliliters Beef Stock,
- 2-3 Bay Leaves,
- 1 Small Bunch of Thyme,
- Pinch Salt & Pepper
