- 1 1/4 cup pepper jack cheese , shredded and divided
- 1 1/4 cup cheddar cheese , shredded and divided
- 4 large eggs , lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
