- 0.5 tsp Asafoetida (hing)
- 7 tbsp Curry leaves (kadi patta)
- 0.25 Cup Chopped Onions
- 2 Cup Chopped Mixed Vegetables
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder (haldi)
- Salt to taste
