- 12 tablespoons room temperature Cream Cheese (not whipped)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup walnuts or almonds (if allergic to nuts,use oatmeal)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
