- 4 cloves of peeled garlic,slivered
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup canola or olive oil
- 4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 teaspoon coarse freshly ground black pepper
- 4 teaspoon dried basil
- 4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoon dried sage
- 2 teaspoon dried marjoram
