Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter, the stick cut into 1/2-inch pieces and chilled
- 3 tbsp Ice Water
- 10 x blood oranges,(about 5 ounces each)
- 1 x large egg yolk mixed with 2 tablespoons of water
- Caramel Sauce(salted),for serving
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar,for caramel
- 6 tbsp Butter (preferably fancy salted butter but you can also do regular unsalted and add a generous pinch of sea salt),for caramel
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream,for caramel
