Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Long Grain White Rice
- 1-1/2 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth (low sodium)
- 2 Tbl Oil
- 1/2 cup Diced Onion
- 1/2 cup Diced Green Pepper
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1-1/2 cups Sliced Sausage (I use 1/2 a 13 oz pkg of Hillshire Farm)
- 1-1/2 cups Diced Cooked Chicken
- 1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes (with their juice)
- 2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
