- For the tahini sauce:
- 2 tablespoons tahini paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, more to taste if desired
