- 5.3 ounces Vanilla greek yogurt (I used Chobani)
- 2 teaspoons pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 handful salted pistachios
