Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 3 chicken breasts, boneless and cut into bite sized pieces
- 3 links andouille sausages, about 1/2 lb, sliced
- 2 cups onions, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup red pepper, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 cups rice, long grained, white
- 5 cups stock
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
