- 4 piece dried limes (limoo amani), pierced with a fork
- 1 cup fresh or frozen chopped parsley
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- ½ cup chopped chives or scallions
- 2 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves
- ¾ cup dried red kidney beans (or 1½ cups cooked)
- ¾ tablespoon vegetable oil (preferably neutral oil)
