- 1 large onion , finely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 large green or red pepper , diced (about 1 1/3 cups)
- 2 stalks celery , diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. gumbo file powder
- 2 cup regular long-grain white rice , cooked according to package directions (about 6 cups)
