- 2 lb ground lamb
- 2 stalk(s) celery,diced
- 1 1/2 large carrot,diced
- 1 medium onion,diced
- 1 large shallots,diced
- 2 clove garlic,minced
- 6 c mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp rosemary, dried
- 1 tsp thyme, dried
- 3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
- 3 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 stick butter, unsalted,melted
