- 3 large cloves garlic pressed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cups 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 large yellow onions diced
- 3 red bell peppers diced
- 2 green bell peppers diced
- 4 stalks celery
- ¼ cup uncooked rice optional
