- 1 ½ cups cubed ciabatta bread
- ¼ cup fresh basil, parsley or cilantro
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- ⅔ cup whole-milk plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
- 1-1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
