Ingredients
- 600g Lean Lamb Mince (9 syns)*
- 2 carrots, finely chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 600g of russet potatoes (or similar type that is good for mash)
- 1 large sweet potato (about 500g)
- 3/4 cup of frozen peas
- 500ml of lamb stock (beef or chicken stock will work just as well)
- ½ cup of passata
- 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
- balsamic vinegar
- worcestershire sauce
- fresh thyme
- salt
- pepper
- 1 egg
- olive oil spray
