Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken pieces (I prefer a mix of thighs and breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 small sweet onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced in 1-inch chunks
- 1 cup cider (can be either hard or regular)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon each cardamon, coriander, allspice, turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
