- 1 can(s) tomatoes, canned, chopped, and drained
- 1 Tbsp black pepper (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp salt substitute (or to taste)
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 c cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 3/4 c raisins
- 3/4 c walnuts, chopped
