Spinach Feta and Mushroom Pie Dairy

- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons milk
- For the Filling:
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (peeled, smashed, and chopped)
- 10 ounces crimini mushrooms (cleaned, trimmed, and finely chopped)
- 10 ounces frozen spinach (chopped)
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 ounces feta cheese (preferably sheep's' milk, crumbled)
