- 2 teaspoons garlic powder

- 1 tablespoon lemon zest plus 2 tablespoons fresh juice (from 1 lemon)
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Toasted pita wedges, cucumber spears, split pea pods, sliced radishes and carrots, for serving
