Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 carrots cut in cubes
- 2 leeks cut into rings
- 1 celery stalk thinly sliced
- 1/2 a small cabbage cut in small pieces
- 1 handful of white beans soaked in water the night before
- salt and black pepper
- 100 grams pasta (I use barilla ditalini)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
