- 3 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 Lb Lean Ground beef
- 1/4 C Beef broth
- 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 C Mashed Potatoes
- 1/4 C grated Parmesan Cheese
