- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (or coconut oil), melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (sugar-free or regular)
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 2/3 cup blueberries
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter or coconut oil, divided
- 4 to 8 eggs
- Fine sea salt and black pepper, for seasoning
- 4 to 8 spicy sausage patties, cooked (you may substitute for turkey patties, chicken sausage or beef jerky)
