- * 100 gram chicken liver, marinated in 2 tbsp soysauce
- * 100 gram shrimp, peeled and deveined
- * 100 gram pork liempo,
- * 1/2 cup water
- * 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- * 2 tbsp cornstarch, diluted in 1/4 cup water
- * 3 tbsp cooking oil
- * to taste salt and pepper
