Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- 2 celery sticks
- 175g carrots (I never measure this - just whatever you have)
- 50g lean bacon (you can leave this out - sometimes I put it in and sometimes not), chopped
- garlic (1x clove)
- 1.5l stock
- 400g tomatoes (1x tin)
- 175g cabbage
- 50g pasta (or brown rice if you don't have pasta)
- 1 tsp mixed herbs (oregano or whatever you have)
- 1 tsp tomato puree
