Ingredients
- 1 c white regular grain rice, uncooked
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 c chopped celery
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 2 c water
- 3/4 c heinz chili sauce
- 1/2 c chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1 c cubed cooked ham
- 1 c cooked, peeled, frozen shrimp
- 2-3 medium tomatoes cut into chunks (i used 3 roma tomatoes)
