- 2 scallions, whites finely chopped, greens thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 lime, zested and cut in half for juicing, plus optional lime wedges for serving

- 8 ounces sushi-grade tuna, cut into 1/8-inch pieces
