- 2 cups collard greens, sliced (about 4 leaves)
- Juice of 1/2 lime (1 tablespoon)
- Sea salt to taste, about 1 teaspoon
- Pepper to taste, about 1 teaspoon
- 1 small handful cilantro, chopped
