- ¼ pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 small lobster, blanched in hot water for 3 minutes, cleaned, and chopped
- 1 ½ cups clam juice
- 1 ½ cups cream
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 pound Russet potatoes, peeled and diced
- Tabasco and Worcestershire, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
