Ingredients
- 0.25 Cup yellow moong dal, soaked
- 1 Cup red masoor dal, soaked
- 0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
- 2 pieces green chillies, slit
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger (adrak)
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic (lehsun)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon ghee
- 0.5 teaspoon mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
- 0.5 teaspoon nigella seeds (kalonji)
- 1 piece of whole dry kashmiri red chilli
- 0.5 Cup chopped onions
- 0.5 Cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander (dhania)
