- 20 oz frozen cut okra - thawed
- 2 lb. frozen cooked, shelled shrimp - thawed
- 24 oz. frozen cooked, shelled crawfish - thawed
- 1 ½ lb. andouille keilbasa, or smoked sausage - halved lengthwise, then sliced
