- 2 tablespoons lemon juice plus zest of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
