Ingredients
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 2 cup warm water
- 4 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cup milk (any fat percentage should be fine; I used nonfat)
- 2 tbsp butter or oil (I used walnut oil)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cup quick-cook oats (not rolled oats)
