- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
