- * 3 cup of chicken stock
- * 2 tablespoon of italian parsley, chopped
- * 2 tablespoon of green onion, chopped (green only)
- * 1 1/2 cup of long grain white rice
- * 1 teaspoon of green onion, chopped (whites) for garnish
