- ½ cup matzo meal (see Ann’s Tip)
- For soup:
- 1 tablespoon grape seed oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 parsnips
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 8 cups low sodium chicken broth or Rich Chicken Stock
- 2 cups loosely packed baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or flat leaf parsley
