Brown and White Marbled Muffins
Ingredients
- 5 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon brewed coffee
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup walnut oil
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 3 large eggs at room temperature
- 1/2 cup milk at room temperature (I use fat free)
