- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- a few drops hot sauce, to taste (optional)
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup panko, for coating
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
