Ingredients
- 4 envelopes gelatin
- 1/2 cup roasted carrot puree
- 1/4 teaspoon toasted ground fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 3 cups organic sugar
- 1 1/4 cups mild honey
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- red chile salt, for sprinkling
- 1/3 cup corn starch, for dusting
- 2 tablespoons fennel pollen, for dusting, optional
