- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.25 cup white sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 cup minced onion
- 4 green onions, minced
