- 2 15 oz cans chickpeas, drained, rinsed.
- 1 15 oz can San Marzano tomatoes, crushed.
- 1 quart good stock, Vegetable or chicken.
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cracked ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano, preferably Greek
- 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 2 cups Water
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
