Ingredients

- 1-1/2 cups of whipping cream
- 3/4-cup heavy cream
- 1/3-cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1/2-stick (1/4-cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2-tsp. cinnamon
