Ingredients
- 1 onion, sliced
- 5 scallions, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- oil
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes , do not drain
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 1/2 cups white wine
- thyme , to taste
- rosemary , to taste
- salt , to taste
- freshly ground pepper , to taste
- 2 links chorizo sausage, chopped
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 1/2 lbs mahi mahi (any firm fish) or 1 1/2 lbs swordfish (any firm fish) or 1 1/2 lbs tilapia fillets ( any firm fish)
- 1 lb bay scallop
- 1 (8 oz) can baby clams, drained and rinsed
