Ingredients
- 6 ears of fresh corn on the cob, corn kernels removed
- 4 slices of bacon, diced and cooked crisp
- 2 russet potatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced, seeds removed
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups milk ( I used low fat)
