- 2 sticks of celery

- 300 g undyed smoked haddock fillets skin off and bones removed

- 1 lemon
- 4 sprigs of fresh flat leaf parsley
- 150 g good Cheddar cheese
- 300 g salmon fillets skin off and bones removed
