Ingredients
- Soya granules, 1 cup soaked in hot water for an hour then drained
- 1 piece of Ginger
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
- 2 Green Chillies
- 3 teaspoon Rice Flour
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 Cup Basmati Rice, soaked for 10 minutes
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 1 medium Tomato, chopped
- 1 Cup Sour Curd/Dahi
- 2 piece of Cardamom / Elaichi
- 4 Cloves
- 10 piece of Black Pepper Corns
- 1 Bay leaf
- 0.5 teaspoon Shahi jeera
- 3 teaspoon Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- Chilli Powder as required
- 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tablespoon Oil
