- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- Juice of one lemon, approx.
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp yellow or white miso paste
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce (vegan version available)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic about 2 cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
