- 3 tbsp nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp dijon
- 1 tsp worcestershire
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
